Ashlyn Schwartz is a certified yoga teacher, exercise physiologist, and public health researcher passionate about healing through movement, breath, and mindfulness.
With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Kinesiology and a PhD in Public Health Sciences, she brings a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to her teaching. Her research focuses on trauma, substance use, and mental health, and she weaves these insights into her offerings to create compassionate, inclusive spaces for healing and growth. Ashlyn first discovered yoga through meditation and now integrates meditation and breathwork as core elements of her practice.
