Asia Vianna is a Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT Hour as well as a Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance Her love affair with movement started in childhood yet her journey with yoga did not begin until with a trial class at a local dance studio in Durham North Carolina From there she was introduced to the mindfulness of yoga at a small community studio in that area It was not until moving to Hyattsville in that Asia developed a personal practice of yoga at Love Yoga Studio and immediately felt connected She has been hooked on yoga ever since and enjoys practicing Hatha yoga and Yin yoga Her interest in yoga goes beyond her own practice as she believes in the restorative powers of yoga and desires to spread this power into various communities Asia understands how movement connects the mind and body and works to strengthen this connection within her students during each yoga offering.
