Aspen Pleuger is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS I started teaching yoga in order to show people a more holistic way to help anxiety and mild depression As someone who struggles with Generalized Anxiety Disorder GAD and after seeing so many of my friends struggle after being prescribed anxiety medication I decided I wanted to take a more holistic approach to manage my anxiety Yoga has taught me mindfulness meditation and being present in the moment I hope I can help my students feel welcome and feel a bit better after class than they did when they first came in!.
