Astra Apsitis, MA, RYT500, C-AP, Somatic Pain Relief Specialist I completed my Yoga teacher training and Ayurvedic Practitioner certification at Mount Madonna Institute and my practice is infused with the teachings of Baba Hari Dass.
Experience helping people with chronic pain in a medical setting has given me a unique perspective and I have added a foundational component of somatic body awareness to my work. Having found relief from my own chronic pain and anxiety through the practices of Kriya Yoga, I now help others find solutions that bring lasting relief from pain. I began Broken Tusk Wellness Education in 2020 and have an office in Monterey, CA where I serve clients 1-1 or over Zoom. Online classes are available on TeachAble.
