Experience helping people with chronic pain in a medical setting has given me a unique perspective and I have added a foundational component of somatic body awareness to my work. Having found relief from my own chronic pain and anxiety through the practices of Kriya Yoga, I now help others find solutions that bring lasting relief from pain. I began Broken Tusk Wellness Education in 2020 and have an office in Monterey, CA where I serve clients 1-1 or over Zoom. Online classes are available on TeachAble.
