Aubrey has been teaching since 2003 as a group fitness instructor, but decided her true love was yoga.
It's her passion to help inspire others to tap into the wisdom inside their bodies through breath, movement and sound. Her specialty is rooted in inspiration as she is also an ordained minister with the Church of Spiritual Humanism. With her background in dance and fitness, her classes are often high energy with a specific awareness towards form, safety and cultivating inner joy.
