Aubrey is a hour certified Yoga teacher with over hours of teaching experience She has been practicing yoga mediation + mindfulness for years She became certified to teach Yoga in February Since that time she has taught weekly classes and has led many retreats including a retreat to Peru and Taos NM Aubrey is passionate about helping all people find their inner truth Her special interests include mantra moon cycles sound current Polyvagal theory the Perinatal phase of transformation and various forms meditation Aubrey is inspired by the works of Thich Nhat Hanh Guru Nanak The Upanishads The Bhagavad Gita and The Bhagavata Purana She enjoys spending time connecting with like-minded people in her community & working toward creating a more tolerant and open environment where all people can come together to have a voice Her own path of self-discovery and awareness has lead her to a practice of devotion and service inspired by her teachers.
