Audra Miele, RYT/YACEP Audra has been teaching yoga, pranayama and meditation in the greater Orlando area for over fifteen years.
She has an educational background in nursing, as well as diverse experience in the medical field, which further enhances her overall knowledge base. A core philosophy of her practice and teaching is that she believes there is always more to learn. Audra became a member of Yoga Alliance in 2007. She received her initial certification from the Chopra Center as a Certified Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga instructor. She holds teaching certifications in Hatha, Anusara, Ariel yoga, Thai yoga and is also a certified Karma Kids Yoga instructor for children. Audra is also a continuing education provider. Her mission is to encourage and inspire others on their journey.
