I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of the yoga teacher training at The Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach a Registered Yoga School RYS I have practiced yoga for nearly years and over those years I have gained a better understanding of the practice of yoga and the multitude of benefits that result from it I wishes to serve my community by sharing my love of yoga with my students and encouraging them on their yoga journey My yoga philosophy is that ALL individuals regardless of their age background fitness level or physical limitations can benefit from the exploration and practice of yoga.
