Audrey came to yoga after a + year career in science and years in the film industry that left her body injured and incited her to walk through the doors of a yoga studio for the first time What started as a way to heal the body quickly developed into a passion for yogic philosophy spirituality and for the transformative power of yoga Having experienced how supportive her yoga and meditation practice had been during a very challenging and transformative period of her life she felt driven to share that healing potential with people who needs it This led her to complete a certification in Yoga Nidra in and her Yoga Teacher Training in Since then Audrey has been committed to offering a hatha vinyasa yoga practice rooted in tantra that encourages the students to grow their own practice and to challenge themselves in a caring and supportive environment Audrey is also a reiki therapist with special interest in energy work and in the subtle body and integrates these aspects of practice in her offerings .
