Hi, I’m Audry! With over 15 years in the arts, I am an experienced director, choreographer, teaching artist, and managing director who added certified yoga instructor to my skill set.
I started practicing asanas as a way to calm my mind but quickly found yogic principles were starting to guide me in all areas of life, something I’m passionate about sharing. With a knack for teaching and over 15 years of practice, I’m dedicated to creating a meaningful and caring environment for students. I am a 200hr RYT in hatha and vinyasa with a long history of practicing Bikram and hot yoga. My experience coupled with the joy of extensive travel for both work and pleasure throughout the US and abroad, I am looking to continue that lifestyle through teaching yoga.
