Yoga is my space where movement becomes meditation and life itself becomes the practice.My yoga journey began in 2000, born from a desire to find balance amid the beautiful chaos of building a career and finding my way after university.What started as a personal need for mind, body, and spirit connection evolved into a lifelong exploration of mindfulness and holistic living.Blending the art of movement with the beauty of design, I’ve found that yoga naturally weaves breath, balance, and creativity into a practice that grounds and inspires — connecting us more deeply to ourselves and the world around us.Drawing from my background in interior design, floral artistry, and aesthetics, each class is curated like a living composition — guided by rhythm, harmony, and the quiet beauty found in both stillness and motion.Over the years, I’ve had the joy of practicing yoga around the world — from London to Hong Kong, New York to Los Angeles — each experience deepening my appreciation for movement, culture, and connection.
