I am a physical therapist specializing in body work (visceral manipulation/neuromeningeal manipulation/fascial work that is osteopathic in nature).
I obtained my yoga teaching credential as I do teach my clients yoga but since 2020, I have taught in studio/at the grange and now at a large gym facitilty where I teach 6 classes a week, including gentle - power vinyasa as well as do workshops for patrons. I am also working on my 500 ytt with the Drishti Beats program which I highly recommend <3
