Aylin Aydin

After taking a class at MBody Yoga, a Baptiste Affiliate studio in Jacksonville, FL., she found that yoga could be about so much more than exercise. She was inspired by the community of students and teachers and became dedicated to her own personal growth through yoga. After taking the 40 Days to Personal Revolution program, she enrolled in the Teacher Certification Program and attended Level 1 training through the Baptiste Institute in Sedona in June, 2012 and will be seeking her Baptiste Certification after completing Level 2 Sedona in 2016. Now, as a yoga teacher, Aylin invites her own students to be open to breakthroughs and possibility in their lives. She is the owner of UpRise Yoga Studio, a Baptiste inspired studio in Colorado Springs, CO. Her distinct style of empowerment has assisted hundreds of students in breaking through personal barriers and moving into physical, emotional and mental strength. She seeks to create space in her classes for students to begin their own personal journeys. Aylin is a native of Germany where she earned a bachelor's degree in biochemistry. She moved to Colorado Springs in 2012 where she facilities and teaches classes as well as Teacher Training Programs. She also continues to travel the world, which affords her great insight into different cultures. Aylin enjoys community work and kayaking trips. When she is not on her mat or outside, she loves to cook and spend time with her family.
