With training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, Aza blends movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to create empowering and accessible practices for all bodies and identities. As a lifelong learner, she is currently deepening her studies in yoga and holistic wellness. Beyond the mat, Aza is an advocate for LGBTQ+ communities- whether guiding a yoga practice, leading hypnotic meditations, or speaking on self-discovery, Aza’s mission is to help others connect with their true selves and step into their power.
