About
I received my 300-hour certification from Past Tense in Washington DC in September 2020 and my 200-hour certification from Tranquil Space in Washington DC in May 2018.
I teach vinyasa, restorative yoga, yoga for seniors and guided meditation. I began practicing yoga 25 years ago as part of my fitness routine and then fell in love with the ways the practice helps me care for my spirit too. I offer a welcoming, supportive practice for all levels to connect with their breath, body, and mind. I enjoy teaching sequences that help yogis build strength and self-confidence. My mission is to empower students to find their own path to health and well-being.
