Connect and Explore Yoga Possibilities!!! I am a certified yoga teacher (YTT200) and meditation guide (M30).Though my personal practice spans more than 20 years, I've been teaching yoga in the Columbus, Ohio area and online since 2020.
My goal for each class is to create an open and welcoming environment, free of judgement, where all people, may explore, practice, meditate and connect with community and themselves. I enjoy taking my asana classes through a purposeful, meditative warmup and then asking, "How do you feel? What do you need today?" Then we can explore poses and play with the possibilities.
