Take time to pamper yourself while improving your breathing for your health, happiness and well-being. Guided relaxation/meditation follows the breathing techniques portion of class. Join me for this FREE opportunity to learn how to relax, calm down, unwind and learn how to maximize your breath. You can take these gifts with you into your daily life. “It’s like a mini vacation.” New registrants are always welcome. This class is for Seniors 60 and older, who are residents of Hunterdon County. This is a virtual presentation. You may participate with an internet-connected laptop computer or mobile device such as smart phone or tablet. Desktop computers require a webcam and speakers. Registration is required. FREE of charge.
