I feel blessed to have been trained by the most amazing yoga teachers: Gail Walsch, Paula Heitzner, Betsy Ceva and Rhonda Lam.
As an experienced teacher of Jewish Kaballah as well as Yoga, I am excited to offer Jewish woman an authentic experience of the benefits of yoga in a culturally sensitive environment. Having recently trained as a doula and having done additional yoga PreNatal training, I am excited to offer classes that are prenatal friendly.
