Barbara Radwan-Kuzelewski is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500) with Yoga Alliance.
She has completed 3 teachers training programs since 2005, the first two with a strong emphasis on Ashtanga Yoga (2004 and 2009), and the third with a focus on Ayurveda as well as yoga (2019-2020). She is student of the Sanskrit language and has completed two IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) examinations (2013 and 2015). She started studying Vedic chant in 2019 and continues to learn with her teacher in Portland, a student with the Krishnamacarya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India. Barbara has taught in yoga studios, corporate settings and community centers; her classes, though based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, have included teaching basics and vinyasa yoga, and chair yoga classes for seniors. She currently teaches pro-bono classes for a local non-profit in Portland, one-on-one private sessions, and periodic Ayurveda workshops locally. Barbara’s LLC, Your True N8ure Yoga, is registered in the state of Oregon.
