I have owned and operated Yogalife in Norman near the University of Oklahoma since In I developed curriculum for a -level training program and began training teachers from all over the state I met Doug Keller in and began studying with him extensively I am interested in assisting students with identifying their movement patterns that cause pain and discomfort I then work with them to encourage a deeper awareness and practices of self-care to create positive lasting change When working individually with students my goal is always to encourage them to create their own yoga practice that includes not only asana but also pranayama and meditation My intention is for my teaching to inspire students to learn their own bodies and modifications and to become self-reliant and confident in their yoga so they can attend and enjoy classes anywhere.
