Benedicte Dellaria

I came to yoga many years ago and I have experienced the relieve power of a regular practice. I believe that yoga is for everyone and no one is too old, too out of shape, or too "broken" to start. My goal is to provide inclusive and non competitive classes that are welcoming and fun. I encourage my participants to practice a their own pace using the breath as a foundation for every movement.
