Ben Hicks Yoga

I was living in San Diego, CA and after a work injury found that yoga helped resolve some of the root issues that probably led to my injury. I dedicated myself and when I was able to become certified I did in 2008. I made a decision to work with nature and do things that made sense ethically and globally. My education took me to certifications in Holistic Health, RYT 500, Somatic & Movement, LMT, Massage Therapist/Bodyworker, Clinical Nutritionist, Master Herbalist, and Certified Personal Trainer. Today I have my own practice in Lake Havasu City, AZ, Ben Hicks Yoga. I am teaching a well rounded program of classes inspired by traditional yoga. I went to Dharamsala, India in 2015 for my 300 hr teacher training and the influence was life changing. I aspire to bring that inspiration to my students with inspiring yoga classes that challenge the body, mind & spirit.
