She is a certified trauma informed yoga teacher with additional training in Yoga for depression, anxiety and trauma. She is certified to teach kids ages 2-17. She specializes in a blend of YIN Yoga and Sound Guided Meditation. She is the founder of Centered By Sound and owner of The Treehouse Yoga & Wellness Studio in Bad Axe, Michigan.
