About

Beth is passionate about bringing the benefits of yoga to a 21st century post-pandemic world, offering class content that challenges students across the domains of health.

She believes that the practice of yoga offers a unique opportunity for healthy living. The space we take up on the mat is like a laboratory of kinesthetic learning offering lessons which we carry with us back into the world in the improved ways we live in our bodies, in our hearts and minds, and in community. Learning from students and teachers alike, Beth sees herself as always beginning again. Her teaching style is both traditional and original. In small course format, she guides students by anatomy and philosophy in meaningful ways, instructing from the knowledge that when we are rooted in our bodies our inspirations and aspirations can rise.
