About
Bethany discovered yoga when looking for something to help her tight legs during her half marathon training.
She quickly fell in love with fast paced vinyasa style classes before fully understanding the benefits other types of yoga can have on athlete's bodies/minds. After experiencing an injury just days before her half-marathon, the idea of using yoga for more than just cross-training really intrigued her. She started exploring pranayama, restorative yoga, and yin yoga for breathwork and recovery. After hundreds of hours of research, continued education, and personal practice, Bethany found her passion for helping athletes cross-train and recover in order to help minimize injury in their specific sport. When she's not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find her walking her dogs, Winston and Addie, running, gardening, or spending time with her family.
