I am a Yin Yoga specialist, training completing 80 hours of Yin training with Sarah Powers.
I have a BS from Skidmore college in Dance and because my training is also in Anusara, I tend to be alignment focused when teaching hatha. As a dancer at heart, I encourage each of my students to explore the emotional expression when in the postures. I also am a certified Reiki Master and expect certification as a Shamanic/Reiki Master/Teacher in December 2017.
