I have taught hot yoga at Karma Yoga Omaha since it opened in February 2014, having completed my RYT-200 training in May 2013, and my RYT-500 training in November 2023. Prior to teaching at KYO I taught hot yoga at YogaMed, also in Omaha. I have also taught on-site flow classes at private homes and business locations in the Omaha area.
