Bettina Kohler is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Bettina completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Movement Arts on Camano Island, WA. In September 2025, she also completed her training to become a certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner to deepen her understanding of fascia and incorporate the core fundamentals of myofascial rolling techniques with massage therapy balls into her yoga classes for her students.
