Born and raised in San Diego I have always loved the outdoors and found balance in my life by being outside in nature I currently live in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains I believe yoga really is for everyone No matter your age spiritual beliefs background or lifestyle yoga has an unprecedented amount of benefits for your body and mind The more I practice and teach yoga the more I feel connected to this mission statement Through yoga meditation eating healthy and taking time in nature I have found a wonderful balance for the busy life of modern society It is my goal to help others in their journey of creating balance through yoga and finding the right class and teacher that speaks to the individual is key It is about the individuals personal journey and that will always remain most important to me.
