Hello! I my name is Bianca and I have a passion for yoga.
I am an attorney in the Seattle area, with a small practice with my dad. After having my first child, I leaned deeply into my yoga practice to heal my body, mind, and spirit. From that experience I began teaching and have loved every moment! Bianca Connell- Flint is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
