Birdie’s teaching is rooted in presence, offering both dynamic, strength-building flows and gentle, meditative practices that nurture the nervous system.
She believes yoga is more than movement—it’s a pathway to healing, connection, and remembering the source of who we are. In addition to teaching, Birdie leads retreats, training, and workshops, guiding others on their journey of self-exploration and growth. Her classes and offerings are an invitation to explore, release, and return home to yourself. Birdie is a 500-hour RYT, mentor and guide with a deep passion for holistic well-being and the healing arts. She completed her 200-hour Holistic Yoga Flow certification at The Yoga Collective in Venice, California, and 108 hours of Bhakti Yoga training with Govind Das in the Sacred Valley of Peru. In 2024, she completed her 300-hour advanced training with Michele Lowe and Ian LeMasters. With over a decade of experience in alternative healing, she weaves movement, breath, and stillness into her classes, creating a space for deep restoration and self-discovery.
