A Tar Heel at heart, Blair connects with herself through Baptiste yoga.
She spent several years wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of corporate life in D.C. and Baptiste Power Yoga was her saving grace for stress management and bringing balance, peace and joy into her life. After completing a 200-hr Baptiste-inspired teacher training in 2016 with Dancing Dogs Yoga (NC), Blair attended Level 1 and Level 2 in 2017 and completed Level 3 with Baron Baptiste in 2019. Always the avid adventurer and seeker of truth, yoga awakens her playful and honest personas. She knows yoga has transformed her life and believes it must be shared with others! Blair recently moved to San Francisco to work as the Director of Brand Partnerships at Freethink Media and is always stoked to grow her community and practice.
