I have my teaching certification from Asheville Yoga Center.
I learn from the great teachers before me, the students in front of me, my own practice and the everyday challenges of life. I empower my students to tune in and find what they need---laughter, tears, sweat, exercise, stillness, mobility, strength, breath. My personal practice is forever morphing, as is my teaching. I teach a challenging class, encouraging my students to give in to the practice and find subtle shifts & changes every time they step on their mat. I watch my students with an intuitive eye to see how best to guide them. I teach with an openness that allows students to see and be seen, and to remove the layers covering them from their best self.
