Bonnie Cristo is an E-RYT- RYT- Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and Certified Ayurveda Specialist Registered with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS She was introduced to yoga in and began her daily passion and life-long journey for yoga upon completing a -hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Tree in Berkeley California She built upon her practice and was inspired to study under several world-renowned yogis throughout the years Sean Corn Ana Forrest Rodney Yee and Baron Baptiste to name a few She completed her teacher training in through the Yoga & Ayurveda Center under the founder and lead trainer Steph Ball-Mitchell where she earned her RYT- accreditation Bonnie has earned additional certification in Yin Restorative as well as Ayurveda studies She continues to build upon her practice and knowledge of Eastern medicine Bonnie lives in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and shares her passion knowledge and practice of yoga with her yogis throughout the region Inhale peace exhale love Namaste.
