About
Hi There! I’m Bonnie Golden and… …I want you to practice your yoga! I craft individual and group offerings for people across the lifespan.
I have seen first-hand that yoga will enhance our health and well-being holistically: body, mind, and breath. For each person I work with, I design a personalized yoga practice. I’ll interweave my vast experience and training in yoga, fitness, prenatal/postnatal, bone health, and more to serve you. Why do I teach yoga? I’ve been an adult educator my entire career, as a higher education faculty member and a yoga teacher. I’ve taught scores of rooms full of students like you ranging from age 18-89. Holistic yoga and related disciplines have helped me and my students survive and thrivethrough a number of different challenges in life. I teach because I love sharing the tools for holistic healing that have helped me!
