My work centers folks who are often left out of mainstream yoga spaces: neurodivergent practitioners, trans and queer communities, trauma survivors, and anyone seeking an embodied practice without the pressure to perform.I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2011, with 12 years of teaching experience and 1,000+ of training across multiple methods.
