I have over years experience working in the mental health field as a licensed counselor I obtained my hour certification in January of even though I have been personally practicing for years I have combined the practice of Yoga with my mental health practice in order to provide an overall wellness / holistic approach to maintaining good health for my clients More recently in I completed a hour Yoga Training with Spirit House Yoga in Oklahoma City i still apply my knowledge to my career in Mental Health and teach various classes at community mental health agencies and privately Brandi Gibson is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS.
