Raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, "Coach" Brandi Nik teaches yoga classes all over the world.
Currently she teaches at the Wheeler YMCA in Plainville, Connecticut on Tuesdays (Core Flow)/Thursdays (Restorative) at 7 pm and on Wednesday mornings (Sunrise Yoga) at 6 am. She has spent time studying at Triguna Yoga in Rishikesh and received her yoga certification from Siddhi International Yoga School, based in Rishikesh, India. Coach Brandi Nik has taught international classes in Costa Rica, Mexico, and South Africa and is passionate about making yoga accessible to all people and all bodies. Her style is inclusive and she does her best not to take life too seriously, both on and off the mat. BRANDI NIK KILBOURNE is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
