I am a mother of two who is currently offering classes at my home studio in Bergen County New Jersey.
My goal is to encourage people to learn the basic yoga poses and modifications in a relaxed environment so that they may have the confidence to try yoga in a public class. I have had so many friends tell me that they don't do yoga because they are insecure about being able to keep up with the class. I would like to help make yoga more accessible to everyone. Yoga for the masses! What a wonderful world it would be!
