
In Brandy Kelley met the love of her life Yoga Their relationship has been growing ever since Brandy was initially drawn to yoga because she needed a way to quiet her mind She soon found that she enjoyed the physically and mentally demanding practice of Vinyasa flow and later on Yin Yoga These practices helped her to find internal stillness She also learned through the yogic concept of Tapas or fiery discipline how the challenges we meet on our mat teach us how to better handle those we face in our everyday lives Brandy completed her training at Sangha Center for Yoga and Wellness under the guidance of Andrea Davis Kirkham She registered with Yoga Alliance early in She continues to deepen her relationship with yoga by being a lifelong student and hopes to move forward with her interest in Yogas sister science Ayurveda Brandys classes move students through creative dynamic sequences and when appropriate accessible yet challenging postures She typically teaches her classes with an Ayurvedic or TCM influence and in accordance with the energy of the season to help students feel balanced throughout the year She is honored to be a guide on her students journeys into inner awareness.
