Certified initially through CorePower Yoga in 2009, She has trained for specialty certifications and taken many workshops over the years to diversify her experience and continue her education. She is passionate about teaching yoga, fitness and general wellness. Having served as a continuing education trainer for CorePower Yoga she has trained over 300 yoga instructors in the Chicago-land area to teach yoga.
