About

I have always been a lover of movement, and 12 years of dance experience allowed yoga asana to come naturally to me.

I first found yoga in college where I studied health sciences, and it immediately felt like home. Since then, I’ve tested out different career paths in different cities and finally found a home among the yoga community. I completed my 200hr teacher training in 2020 at Three Trees Yoga in Federal Way, WA. Yoga has become more than just a physical exercise to me - it has taught me how to live a life of compassion, truth, and peace and I am forever grateful to my continuous practice. Vinyasa flow and power yoga are my favorite classes to teach - I love guiding others in finding their transformative edge and inner strength through rhythm, exploration, and use of the connection between breath and movement. When I’m not on my mat, you can find me exploring the great outdoors, growing vegetables in my garden, or petting an animal.
