Brenda Kelly is the owner of Yoga Blossom LLC and is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 (registered yoga teacher) and a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider).
She teaches yoga to children, older adults, and all ages in-between and at all levels of experience, from adaptive (wheelchair) yoga to advanced vinyasa (power flow). She is a partner with SilverSneakers and Renew Active and offers chair yoga classes to those who qualify. She is a PaddleFit Basic and Stoked Yogi SUP (stand up paddle board) Yoga Certified Coach. She was also certified through Connected Warriors in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Brenda lives in Mandeville, LA with her husband and daughter. She loves spending time in the sun and on the water, swimming, paddle boarding, sun bathing, reading, painting, and solving puzzles.
