About
Brian’s yoga adventure started as a response to a nagging health concern.
He will never forget the difficulty of those first poses, the gentle guidance of his teachers or the dramatically wonderful rest and calmness that came at the end of each practice. After more than 20 years of exploring yoga, in 2025, Brian completed a 200-hour teacher training at The Center School of Yoga with Suzanne McCahill Perrine and Niki Bruce. For Brian, yoga is a path to awareness, contentment, strength and resilience. He hopes to help students find that these things are available not only on the yoga mat, but in everything they do. Brian aspires to classes that leave practitioners feeling physically challenged but also with a sense of accomplishment, mental clarity and peace.Brian is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
