About

Bridget is passionate about the beneficial effects of Yoga on personal and community well-being.

Drawn to Yoga’s therapeutic effects, she set out to deepen her practice as a tool for healing, transformation and growth. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in authentic Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness in 2020 at St. Petersburg Yoga, in Florida - a school founded by Chris Acosta. Today, Bridget teaches Restorative Yoga in group classes and 1:1 sessions. Bridget has led group fitness classes, events and activities for children, adolescents, adults and older adults in community and workplace settings. She has participated in triathlons, Spartan, paddleboard and 5K races. She was a White Water Rafting Guide in New York state where she grew up.
