Hi Im Bridget a -hour Certified Yoga Teacher living and guiding yogis in my hometown of Milwaukee WI My classes are creative and fluid focused and well-balanced and leave space for students to explore Currently Im enjoying incorporating functional movement and sneaky strength work into my practices My style is laid back and Ive been known to laugh a time or two during class My favorite aspect of being a yoga teacher is the incredible community that I have the honor to connect with hold space for and guide through mindful movement I gained my -Hour certification through Yoga Six Milwaukee in the Tantric style And more recently continued my training with the phenomenal Anna Argeropoulos of Shakti Shack Yoga to achieve my advanced certification.
