She is a Reiki Master since 2020 that has helped with her journey of mindfulness and personal growth. Outside of yoga, she is a critical care nurse which brings anatomical knowledge to yoga. Enjoy a fun flow, calm stretching, or tough workout but mostly enjoy lots of clarity.
