Brittany is an approachable teacher who has been practicing yoga for years She has a sincere yet playful style and makes yoga philosophy and mindfulness easy to understand and integrate into your life  Brittany completed her -hour teaching certificate in Ashtanga Vinyasa with Paul Dallaghan at Centered Yoga in In addition to her certification she completed a five-week study at the Shri K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore India She continues to study and integrate all aspects of yoga: yogic ethics & philosophy chanting Sanskrit pranayama asana and meditation She has spent the last twenty years studying a variety of yoga pranayama and meditation lineages She credits the growth she has made in asana and yoga sutra study to the wisdom of her teachers Adi Amar Bhavani Maki and Rama Jyoti Vernon Brittany teaches yoga to share the transformative practices and philosophies that have brought a clarity strength and ease in her body and mind She will help you understand how powerful your mind is and teach you how to find stillness gratitude and peace in every moment.
