Brittany Folcik is a 200 hour Kunga Registered Yoga Teacher (KRYT) since 2019 with In Balance Yoga Studio in Blacksburg, VA.
Her instructors included Nicole Fitzwater-LaFon, Noelle Whittington, Lisa Pelanne, and Aaron Richards. She has additional training in Yoga for Trauma and Special Populations, Servant Leadership, and Hands-on-Assists. In 2019 she was Certified as a Shamanic Healing practitioner of the Four Winds Medicine Wheel tradition with Chris Krohn in Raleigh, NC. In 2021 she participated in emotional intelligence and leadership training with MITT which has informed her teaching style and professional practices. In 2022, Brittany was attuned in Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki in Deerfield, WI with Kathy Milanowski. Brittany has a passion for helping others achieve self-healing and loves to marry her approaches of shamanism, reiki, and yoga into any practice she holds. Her vision for the world is for everyone to be able to live life fully as their best selves, so that they can share their innate gifts with the rest of the world unconditionally.
