Having been on the mat for over two decades, as a student and a teacher, she will tell you right away that the body is always changing, buckle up. When asked what makes her passionate about the practice to this day, she still thinks the same thing. Mind, body, spirit connection. They all need movement, upkeep, challenge, and to be given love and grace. Brooke is a lover of music, travel, the arts, her people, food and adventure taking her yoga with her along the way.
